2007 4th of July gig at Leaming's Run. Leaming's Run is a beautiful collection of flower gardens open to the public. Check out their website here. |
Paul and Maggie entertaining the tourists. Funny, even though it was July 4, most of our set was British Invasion stuff - Beatles, Herman's Hermits, etc. One guy actually threw $2 into my guitar case.
Next time, I'm gonna leave it open for the whole afternoon. Too funny! |

| Here we are crashing a Congress Hall wedding where Herb Moore and Terry Dougherty were playing. They gig all over Cape May. As an aside, while Mags and I were cruising Harrisonburg, VA, instead of Flatt and Scruggs on the CD player (as you would expect for that part of the country) we enjoyed the smooth jazz stylings of the Herb Moore Trio. Too cool! Herb's website is here. |
| Here's George Mesterhazy pounding the horse teeth at the Merion Inn in Cape May, where you can find him most of the time in the summer. He plays a wicked version of Duke Ellington's "Take the A Train". A very talented guy, even though he and I went to high school together. George has a website too, and it's here. |
| Drummer Seth Johnson and Guitarist Geno White at our wedding. At the time, Geno fronted a band called Blues Alive. Now he's leading the Geno White Trio, which you can catch at the Moonfish Grille in Cape May. Geno's website is here. |

Bluegrass Band (c. 2000 or so). Paul, Fred Weber MD, Matt Brower (sk) and Bob Glasser. |

Rocking out with Tom Nelson (c. 1974). Check out the hair on Nelson - all gone now, but I bet he still has those striped pants. |
Recording with Mike Mclaughlin, (c. 1978) second home studio in Somers Point, NJ |
In the studio with Nelson. We spent a whole lot of Tom's money here. |
Ed King on bass. He is the reason our stuff came out sounding as good as it did, along with the efforts of producer and drummer Keith Russo. |
If only I had a board like this in my old home studio! Knob Heaven - note the grin. |
Tom Nelson on Ed's 12-string Ric. |

Working out some tunes we wrote after discovering a stash of my grandfather's old Stetson hats. Third home studio in Northfield, NJ. |
